The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the purchase date. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, in unused condition, undamaged, with all original tags attached, packaging intact and purchased directly from our B\u00c9IS website. If the item does not meet these criteria, it does not qualify for a return or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer free exchange requests, free returns for store credit, and easy returns so that you can shop with confidence. Returns or exchanges that include a refund will be refunded to the original payment method minus a $10 handling fee. If the card or payment method used at checkout is no longer active, your refund will be provided as store credit. Once your return has been shipped back to us, we are not able to modify or cancel your return or exchange request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note that refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and verified at our warehouse. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2\u20133 business days for our team to complete the verification process. After we confirm receipt and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When returning multiple items that were processed under different RMAs and different return labels, you must use each label associated with each individual item. This ensures the returns are routed correctly and prevents delays in both the warehouse receiving process and the customer\u2019s refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Using the wrong label or combining items under a single label will cause the return to be misrouted, delayed, or rejected, which directly impacts processing time and customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To ensure a smooth and safe return, please package your item(s) carefully and thoughtfully to avoid being damaged on their journey back to us. B\u00c9IS is not responsible for any damage or loss during the transit back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you accidentally sent the wrong item to B\u00c9IS, you should contact our Customer Care Team as quickly as possible. B\u00c9IS does not store items mistakenly sent and cannot guarantee that the item will be found. B\u00c9IS does not provide compensation for incorrect items sent to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
